Always Run Command Prompt, PowerShell, and Terminal as Administrator

On Windows 11, it is now possible to always run any of the command line tools as an administrator, such as PowerShell, Command Prompt, or Terminal. If you are new to the Windows operating system, you might not know that you need administrator rights in order to use certain programs or commands. The reason is that standard user accounts have limited access and require special permissions to access certain features.

The same principle applies when using Command Prompt, PowerShell, and Terminal. When you open it as a standard user, you will not be able to do any administrative functions. In this article, we will explain how you can do that and how to always run Command Prompt, PowerShell, and Terminal as administrator.
