  • Go to the right pane and open the Printers & scanners category.
  • On the next page, click the printer you are having problems with.
  • Next, click on the Printer properties option.
  • In the Properties window, go to the Ports tab.
  • Go through the list of ports and select the Standard TCP/IP Port box.
  • Then click the Configure Port option.
  • On the next screen, uncheck the SNMP Status Enabled box.
