Get-AppxPackage-Allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore| Foreach{Add-AppxPackage – DisableDevelopmentMode –Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\\AppXManifest.xml”}

  • When this command runs successfully, restart your PC. 

Sign back into your device again and you may now install the application that was previously failing on account of error code 0x87E10BD0.
