1] Restart the device and network equipment

  • Turn off your device as well as the networking equipment such as your router.
  • After that, pull out the power cords of the devices. If there is a battery in the device, remove it.
  • Let the devices rest for 5 minutes and then plug them back in. Reinstall the battery on devices with batteries.
