- Press Win + S and type “Event Viewer”.
- Double-click on the top result.
- On the left pane, click Custom Views > Administrative Events.
- Scroll down and you may get this error code under the Event ID 203.

1] Check Xbox Status
At times, there is nothing that can be done from your side as the problem is occurring on MS servers. You may confirm this by visiting to Xbox Status | Xbox Support. Here, you will find three status keys and they are – Up and running, Limited, and Major Outage.
Now that you know about the three status keys, go and see what’s the current status of Games & gaming. If you do find it Limited or Major Outage, take a break from your Xbox game for a few hours. Microsoft is fully aware of the current scenario and their teams are working on it. Within a few hours, they will resolve this bug and you can play that game quite easily on your PC or console.
2] Hard Reset Xbox
If only the current status seem all okay on the Xbox Support page, the problem might be occurring due to internal glitches. To fix this issue then, you should perform a hard reset on your Xbox console. Here’s how you can perform this task –
- Press the Xbox button to enter the Guide.
- Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
- You will find an option to reset console here. Well, click on it.
- On the reset console, you will find three options to choose from.
- Click “Reset and keep my games & apps”, and your Xbox will start anew keeping all your games and apps.
