1. Check the Internet Connectivity

In case your network connectivity is good, you can try the next solution.
2. Remove the Microsoft Teams credentials
As it turns out, this problem generally appears while trying to log in to the account, so the next thing we need to delete the default Windows Credentials file and see if it works.
To delete the Teams credentials, do the following –

- In the text field, enter the following path and press Enter –
C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams
- On the following page, select the files available there and then delete them.

4. Turn off Windows Defender Firewall
If none of the above solutions you find helpful and the problem is persisting, it seems the Microsoft Teams app is blocked and it’s now unable to access the internet connectivity. In this case, we recommend you to turn off your Windows Defender Firewall and it should fix the Error Code CAA301F7.
To turn off your Microsoft Defender Firewall, try the following steps –
- First of all, open the Control Panel window.
- Select the Windows Defender Firewall option from the item list.
- From the left pane, select the Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off option.
