Windows 11 becomes available for the general public starting from the month of October 2021. Though Microsoft initially thought of ending Windows as a service after the introduction of Windows 11 to us (users), they are now willing to continue it as it is. As a result, we are going to get all types of Windows 11 cumulative updates as they were on the previous Windows OS.
Cumulative updates can be of several types such as security, non-security, Out-of-band, and Preview. We are going to list out all the patches that ever come for Windows 11 and those which are supposed to come in the near future.
The security updates come every 2nd Tuesday of the month, hence the name Patch Tuesday. However, we suggest checking this page once every week as there is a possibility of getting other updates like optional, out-of-band, and many others as well.

How to uninstall cumulative updates?
If your device starts facing troubles after installing a patch update, you should get rid of that faulty update. If you don’t know how to proceed, follow this article.
Why should we disable automatic Windows 11 updates?
Windows 11 is still new and often gets into different kinds of bugs or errors. Having automatic updates enabled will auto-download/install the pending updates into your system. Now, if that update has some known issues, your device is now vulnerable to those threats.
This is why you should keep this feature disabled and regularly check for Windows 11 updates. Only when you are satisfied with the known issues on a particular update, go ahead and apply that patch to your computer.
