Apart from improving the overall security of Windows Components and Microsoft services, this update brings the leftover fixes that were a part of the previous month’s cumulative update i.e. KB5014019.
You may install this patch update via Windows Update, Update Catalog, or WSUS (if configured correctly). So, go and upgrade your operating system to the latest OS Build i.e. 22000.739.

As a workaround, you may re-enable .NET Framework 3.5 and the Windows Communication Foundation in Windows Features. You may do this either via Control Panel, or simply run the below codes on an elevated Command Prompt having admin rights –

How to download and install KB5014697
As usual, you will receive a notification via Windows Update stating that a new update is available for download. If not, you may visit Settings > Windows Update and hit Check for updates. The system will connect to Microsoft servers and download/install the pending update.
