How to check GPU Temperature in Windows 10
Here’s how to find out the GPU temperature on a Windows 10 device –
- Right-click anywhere on the taskbar and select Task Manager.
- If a small pop-up appears on your screen, click More details.
- Go to the Performance tab and see what it displays under brackets.
For example: In the below screenshot, you can easily find the place where you can look out for at present GPU temperature.
- Ideally, this should display any value ranging between 65-80, less being the better for PC and its performances.
If you get any value greater than 80, this simply signifies your device is overheated. To overcome this, make sure that heat is being dissipated properly from your computer.
For now, the temperature information is only available in Celsius, not in Fahrenheit. This is a good initiative by Microsoft for those who use additional hardware on their PCs.
